How to make an effective presentation
Good Opening
How to start is very important regardless of what you do. Let's imagine that you are at a book store and want to choose a book. You will probably look at the title and cover page, read reviews by others and finally, read a few paragraphs of the book. Why is that? Because you want to check that book is either interesting or not.
Opening is your chance to grab the attention of the audience.

Organization
Information must be organized and presented in a logical way. For example, if you are presenting how to make a hamburger.
1. grill a meat
2. put a meat between two buns
3. put a lettuce on top of a bun
4. put tomato and pickles on bottom of a bun
5. put cheese on lettuce with sauce
Yes! You are telling them how to make a burger, but the step are not logical - an it makes an image of a burger so one has ever saw before. Basically, you confuse audiences and deliver the wrong information. You have to structure your presentation nicely in order to send the correct information clearly.

Relevant Key Points
The purpose of giving a presentation is to send information and share it with other people. Many people misunderstand presentations. People think that they have to say a lot and show many things as much as possible. Yes and No. If you say too much, There is high possibility that audiences do not know what you are trying to present and misunderstand the topic. You have to make sure that you present key points of your topic rather than provide all the information and complicate the message.
Time
Time Management is always important. Many psychologists and sociologists say that human has very short attention span. If you speak too long and too much, audiences will probably get bored and lose interest.
Visual Aids
Action, pictures, and something other than words and oral speaking will help you to make a better presentation. You are interested in something because you like it, but not everyone might feel the same as you do [you also understand what it is about]. There are a few reason of why you need to utilize visual aids or other aids
1. You can keep grabbing the audiences' attention
2. You can communicate with members of the audiences who have different learning styles.
3. A presentation should be entertaining. Visual aids will help you to deliver information effectively.

Index Card
Having small note on your hand is useful for your presentation. If you write some key points or an agenda on index cards (or any notes) rather than memorizing word for word, you will not struggle to remember everything. You will be more natural and not lose your time line.
Involvement
Try to involve the audience as much as possible. Interactive and collaborative presentations are ideal but you should avoid having fun with them. The main goal of your presentation is to tell them what you want to deliver, but not just entertainment!
